A little delicate but here goes, what could cause what looks like dark blood in semen?

It can be due to a problem within the prostate. In some cases it can be due to a urinary tract or kidney infection and the blood also mixes with the semen but in most cases it is due to infection or illness within the prostate and needs to be addressed by your physician as soon as possible.
