When I was little around 5,6, or 7 (I am now 19) my neighbor who is 3 years older than me forced me to have lesbian sex. I am not sure of her history...like how did she know how to have sex at such a young age? Well anyway I do not remember having any symptoms or anything until this year.
About two months ago I remember complaining that my butt felt really dry and I remember scratching my butt area. So that was fine for awhile until I got my next period and my butt area burned like crazy. That period was after I went to Spain and my underwear was washed with different detergent. So that burning lasted about a day. Then about a week ago I had the burning sensation from a discharge. I looked down there and my butt was really red like a diaper rash. When I went to the doctor they said that it could be herpes or an allergic reaction. Now I have to wait two weeks to find out. What do you think it could be? I remember within the last two months that I accidentally left a tampon in for about a day and I didn't know that it was there and inserted another one in for awhile. Also a day before the burning really happened a week ago I used bubble bath. I had the doctors appointment about 4 days after the burning had stopped. She said that my genital area looked normal then.   Do you think it could be herpes from 12 years ago?

No, that would be way too long for no re-current outbreaks. Plus when there are outbreaks, they last around 2 weeks or so. You may have had a allergic reaction to something. If this happens again, take some benadryl, if it goes away within a few hours, then you know for sure it was an allergy to something you had come in contact with. But from your description, this doesn't sound as though it's herpes or any STD related disease. Another possibility may be a yeast infection or just a plan irritation. Also a cream you can try too is Hydrocortisone (1%) cream

Reply to Lindie's Post: soo like the red area on my butt was like an allergic reaction to the bubble bath or something? It looked like a diaper rash...is that normal? How long until I get the results back from the culture? Does my doctor think I have herpes is that why she sent the culture? She took a swab of my area and did not see an yeast or bacteria in the microsope.

I would say an allergic reaction from the description. A culture is always best to do just to rule out any possible bacterial infection. But the duration etc doesn't match herpes. Should only take about 3-4 days tops to get the results back, but then I don't know what lab she sent it too etc.. Allergic reactions can occur in a variety of forms. Everyone is different. Plus the fact that the butt area doesn't get air and it's dark etc.. doesn't help for it to go away. So it is a good idea your doctor doing a culture, which will pick up any strain of bacteria, fungal etc..

Hope this helps Hun..

Reply to Lindie's Post: I'm sorry for so many questions...but I remembered she said that she saw a white discharge when she took the swab. What type of discharge is normal?

I mean they don't itch or anything and i guess my doctor saw them because she didn't say anything but do other women have this?

Relist: I still need help.
I was looking down there and there are little white bumps where hair follicles should be. Then I saw under a crevice of the inner lip a little flat growth. Genital herpes? Once again I'm not sure where I would have gotten them. What other growths could it be? It is the same color as the rest it just looks like a this, flat, square piece of flesh coming from the inner lips.
