stepped in something I think was semen in a gym shower. I have no injuries or skin breaks on my foot. How at risk for stds am i? Should I get checked?

You are at no risk. Semen doesn't live but a few minutes once airborne, plus with you having no skin breaks etc. it wouldn't hurt you in any infection or STD of any kind. If this was a public shower, always best to wear flip flops/sandals of some kind.
