I have been experiencing pain in my left shoulder through my left ear and on the left outside part of my head. Tonight, I found a small lump behind my left ear on the bone which seems to be the cause to part of mmy pain. I still am experiencing pain on the left side of my neck, almost seems to be the bottom part of my skull. What could this be?
