for the past week I've had really bad migranes, to the point of vomitting, and a sore neck...This morning I woke up with numbness all the way down the right side of my body, my finger tips were tingly, my face and throat felt like they were swollen, I had blurred sight in my right eye and As I was just sitting I was getting light headed. I went to a Med stop and all they did was an xray and that was all. They said I had an upper resiratory infection and that was it. I'm nervous that it is something worst than just that. What should I do, what could it be?

These can be the signs of an upper respiratory infection and a migraine as well but they should have given you some antibiotics and something for the pain for the migraine as well. The tingling sensations that you have been experiencing can also be from bad circulation as well. But I would suggest that you be seen for further evaluation if they did not prescribe any medication. If they did allow 48 hours to let the antibiotics start working and if you are not any better then you need to be seen by your regular physician or the ER for more treatment. But I would not worry yet as alot of what you are experiencing is symptoms of a URI and a migraine so try and rest as much as possible to lessen the symptoms that you are experiencing.

It's getting harded to breath and swallow it feels like my heart is racing while I'm just laying down and I'm really light headed, I don't have a migrane, and I can't see out of my right eye...I've had migranes for 3 years and this doesn't feel like any I've had before.

You should go to the ER if it is getting harder and harder to breathe and you are lightheaded as well. It sounds as though you are in resiratory distress and at least need some breathing treatments. I would not wait I would go ahead and try to be seen if this is not a normal migraine for you as they do not cause problems breathing. And for your vision to be affected as it is you need to have an MRI to determine the cause of this as lingering headaches along with vision problems that are not related to a migraine can be a sign of a tumor as well so not to alarm you but you do need to be seen as soon as you can for treatment.
