I recently had pneumonia,and then oral surgery. I was on Biaxin first then Augmentin 875,for 9 days. I developed a very bad yeast infection. I tried the otc monistat but it just got worse. I developed these cuts , like paper cuts in 3 seperate areas. They itch and burn especially when I hae to go to the bathroom. My doctor has since given me diflucan & a vaginal cream. The yeast infection is now gone but the cuts are still there, one is getting better but the other two are the same. I have never had anything like this before . I looked it up on different sites and have gotten different awnsers. I just want this to go away ,its very uncomfortable. I would also like to know what caused it so it never happens again.
