What would your initial impression be for someone who presents with moderately (and visibly) swollen lymph nodes in the neck? Initially started on one side of the neck, but now there's swelling on both sides. However, the patient's does not complain of having a sore throat or painful swallowing, except that the swelling causes mild pain when turning the neck or opening the jaw. Also, the patient does not have a fever and no visible rashes.
