Conjunctivitis, commonly known as pink eye, is an infection of the conjunctiva.Treatment of pink eye is as below:

  • allergic-cool compresses,antihistamines,topical steroids
  • bacterial- antibiotic eye drops
  • viral- cool compresses, topical steroids sometimes, artificial tears
