I have swollen lymph nodes under my jaw and ear but they are not sore. The right side is bigger than the left side. I also have swollen lymph nodes by my hairline on the back of my head but these are sore. Again, the right side is bigger than the left side. I went to the doctor and they did a CBC and everything came back normal but at that time I only had swollen glands on one side of my neck and now I have them on both sides of my neck and head. What is wrong?

I went to the doctor and they ran a CBC and said everything looked normal and told me to come back in 48 days if they did not go away
