You should be seen as this is the sign of infection and a possible STD so most likely in either case you will need a round of antibiotics, Zithromax, to help clear the infection up. If you are not having the pain when you urinate then it sounds more like an STD then it does a urinary tract infection. It sounds oike an infection within your prostate so try to be seen as soon as possible

It will feel like a cut when you have the pain, but unless you have injured yourself somehow this is more likely due to an STD, or possible infection. STD's can have different symptoms and burning upon ejaculation can be one of them or it could be an infection within your prostate as well. In either case you will need a round of antibiotics to clear this up. So I highly recommend that you be seen as soon as possible before it gets any more painful and the infection spreads.
