Strange Lump Under my Chin

I have developed a lump on my neck directly under my chin and below my right ear toward the back of my neck. They're both a little larger than a 1/2 inch wide. I was in the sun yesterday for 3 hours playing miniature golf. Last week I was on cruise to the Carribean. Neither lump itches except when I bother them. What are they? and is there cause for concern? Thanks
