i have been nauseated for about a week now, and very fatigued, often napping during the day whereas this is not a normal part of my routine, the past couple of days, i have been very thirsty. i am not due for my period for about 1-2 more weeks. no fever. just dull headache and tired, not resting well and very nauseated and dizzy when the nausea kicks in. any idea what this means?
