Vaginal discharge or spotting

I had some vaginal spotting and it was a brown dark red color. I also had clumps of stuff with it. I am 39 yrs old and had a tubal 3 yrs ago. I also get the testrone shot 1 a month for libedo purposes.Is this something I should be concerned about?
