i have had pain in my hip and knee then i had a lot of blood in my urine and very painfull urination and a fever 101, then the blood stop but still pain in my joints, do you think i am having a stone or maybe kindy infection or cancer also the urine had a smell when bloody

I would rule out kidney stone or infection before thinking cancer. You will need further testing such as IVP, in which dye is put into your blood and pictures are taken of the kidney. Also, a urine culture should be done next.
