My penis always hurts when I try to piss. There is a yellowish puss cumming out of it and when I am having sex with my girlfriend, I hurts to cum. Is there something wrong with my penis?

It is probably an infection or STD so you need to see your doctor to get a swab done to see exactly what type of infection it is, and refrain from sex until the results come back. Your partner may also have to be treated.
