what could cause the prostate to react painfully in the form like a charle horse before. doing,after sex or orgasim. So painful even awoken from sleep, Is it rotated out of place, infected, how serouse is it and what shuld be done to correct it.

This genital pain usually originates from an infection , irritation. inflammation of the urethra or the prostrate .Sexually transmitted diseases needs to be ruled out. I suggest to you to see a Urologist for the further evaluation of this condition.
