After receiving a manicure 4 days ago my cuticles are somewhat
red, and slightly swollen. The skin around the cuticle
is flakey. I suspect some sort of infection from cuticle clippers.
How can I treat this?

You should continue with the Neosporin but I would also recommend that you use an anti-fungal cream as it could vey well be a contaminated set of clippers and someone before you could have a fungal infection. If this does not go away within another 3-5 days then you should be seen for an antibiotic but I think the Neosporin along with adding the anti-fungal cream should help to clear this up.
