Mold in my condo

Mold recently appeared on the bathroom ceiling in my condo. Leaking pipes in the upstairs unit are the source of the problem. I had the mold analyized by a reputable hygenist and the following molds were found: Chaetomium spores and hyphal elements, Penicillium/Aspergillus group spores and Stachybotrys spores. Stachybotrys exposure is my primary concern. I tested negative to all the others but am wondering if coupled they could cause enhanced irritation.

Are stachybotrys and stachybotris atra, stachybotrys chartum synonymous?

My research indicates that it takes a LONG PERIOD of TIME for this mold to grow. Does this mean months or years?

I've had chronic cough with extemely excessive thick mucus for over a year. Could this be due to inhalation exposure in my bathroom. I always keep the bathroom door closed and wonder if this contained the spores or if it is more than likely to have spread into the air in my whole condo.
