Im not sure what I have but Its been going on fr almost a year. I always have a stuffy nose (sometimes runny) and I m constantly spitting up flem or mucous from my throat. I feel like there is a bunch of that stuff stuck in my throat at all times. When I dpit it comes out very yellow/green and sometims has little bitsof black stuff which i dont what that is either. Sometimes, from always having a stuffy nose, I even begin to kinda smell someting in my head or nose, but this is coming from witin ,y body not outside. Well I would really appreciate somehelp so I can get better and I dont have health insurance, but I have free care, and they wont let me see a specialist and tell me its just allergies.
