I have a red patch of dry skin on both sides of my mouth(about the size of a quarter on either side) and don't know what they are.I went to a dermatologist and they gave me Desonide cream and i've been using it for several months and they still haven't healed?They aren't itchy just get irritated and dry and sometimes flaky if i don't continue to apply lotion.
