Upset Tummy....

Well about 4 days ago I ate A chicken ceasar salas from one of the fast food joints around my home. Since that night I have had a very upset tummy with nausea and diarrhoea. Today for the fourth day I still have the diarrhoea and I was in the potty and there was blood in my stool.Not just a spot, everything that came out looked like blood... What should I do? What might have caused this?
