I have a constant pain in lower right back and it goes straight through to the front right lower groin area. Sometimes sharp pains in the front groin area. Back hurts all the time, difficult to sit






I have a pain in my lower right back that goes through to the front lower groin area. At times I have sharp pains in my lower right groin (ovary) area. I was checked recently for a urine infection and that was negative. My lower groin area is tender, especially right side, and lying on right side is tender and sometimes my right leg hurts and putting all my weight on that one leg is painful from the lower back now to my foot. I do not lead off with that leg, like going up steps, sends sharps pains shooting up my back and groin area where the pain is constant.    I am 55 and haven't had a period in over a year and have not fallen. Even sitting still the pain is in the back and in the front.
