any cure for epidermolysis bullosa

A relative in pakistan has a 8month old baby who has this skin condition, where she is covered in blisters and her skin peels, the doctors in pakistan have said that there is no cure for this condition. They called it epidermolysis bullosa and she has a cough and a cold. They have provided a medicine called bactrolan ointment, they have tried fucicort cream, lacticare, olive oil. Are there any remedies to diminish this condition? The baby is in alot of pain.
