I used a contraceptive cream a few weeks ago. After using the cream, I noticed a burning irritation with no discharge. It has been several weeks now, and I still feel a burning sensation along with a heaviness in my lower abdomen. How can I get rid of this?

You may have an actual infection since it's been several weeks now. I would see your doctor at this point for an exam as you may need a course of antibiotics. I would also stop using the yeast infection creams as well. In the mean time wash with antibacterial soap. I'm not sure of the location of the burning, if it's on the outer part of the vaginal area you can apply some Hydrocortisone cream. But seeing your doctor at this point is a must.

Best of luck Hun, Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *Accept* button.
