Creamy white foul sometimes fishy discharge that i get monthly sometim

Hi i am 25yrs old with a 4yr. old son every since i had him i get a creamy white fishy and foul smelling dicharge either before my cyycle or after. It even comes after sex sometimes. I have been dealing with this for a couple of years now and have been back and forth to the doctor. They always prescribe me flagul which works but i have to take it every month. Please help me, if you know a way of eliminating it totally or even why i get it so often at such a young age please let me know. How do i get rid of the discharge forever of atleast for a good amount of time?
