I have a large lump on the back of my neck on the right ...

I have a large lump on the back of my neck on the right side where the neck meets the top of the back. The size of the lump is quarter.
I have had this for about 1 year. It seems to me that it has gotten larger.
I do not have any other systems at this time.
Any information you can give me would be great!
