Hello,

Do you have any other symptoms? Burning upon urination?

I would suggest going to the oharamcy and purchasing some hydrocortisone cream to help with the itch. Use that instead of the Vaseline.

If that doesn't help, I would make an appointment with the dermatologist.

Have you had unprotected sex with a new partner?

As you have intense itching, I would keep an eye out for any other skin changes. As you know the penis has a large vascular network, The bluish-gray color could be related to veins and blood flow; however, I am wondering if you may begin to develop genital warts.

If you would like me to foward photos of what they look like, please let me know.

The hyrdocortisone should help.

Then this is may be a yeast/fungal infection. (where the color is coming in at, not sure without seeing this) I would try a cream like Lotrimin, wash area well with antibacterial soap, pat dry well, apply a thin layer of cream (2 x a day) you should see an improvement in a couple of days. Even if it clears up, continue to use the cream for about 7-10 after it clears up, to make sure the infection is gone.

Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *Accept* button.
