Do antibiotics or steroid eye drops cause kidney infections?

I am taking anticiotics and steroid drops for my eye, I also finsihed taking a 5 day pack of Z pack antibiotics prior to these, I am experiencing lower back pain, and waking up going to the bathroom more often my urine is darker and seems to have an odor I am trying to figure out if I have a yeast infection or a bladder/kidney infection.
