My 11 year old daughter has swelling of the vaginal lips with a bulge spot hanging off the lips of her vagina. I am concerned and she just started her period last week and I was wondering if I should go to ER tonight or wait for her to see her doctor tomorrow morning. I have never seen this before. I am very concerned. When she started her period last week she tried using tampons, might she have caused a infection or injured herself in some way?
