While this combination of symptoms can indicate pneumonia -- other conditions such as bronchitis can also be the culprit. If you have had these symptoms more than a few days, without signs of improvement, you need to be examined by a doctor.
A respiratory infection can worsen quickly -- and if it does, it can be very difficult to get rid of, and possibly leave you with permanent lung damage. Please make an appointment to get checked out by your doctor as soon as possible.
