i had a breast reduction on March 17 of this year. I was sick with a cold in May and had to go to the doctor. My breast had some spots where it was rock hard and the doctor i seen said she thought that it was infection and gave me a penicillian shot. About a week later the spots began soften up. now there are more hard spots and my breast have gotten sore. how do i know if it is infection and what needs to be done about it.how serious is the infection and what problems or symptoms would i be having
