hi ct scan found multiple para aortic elarged lymph nodes and growth on my ovary I have had several months of stomach problrmds and occasional diahreah bloating and vomitting my doctor is doing a CAT123 blood test do you think I have all the symptoms of ovary cancer

You have symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease. A growth on your ovary could just be a fibroid or a cyst. What symptoms of cancer do you have? I don't see them from your post. Enlarged lymph nodes are just a sign that your body has an infection or inflammation near the nodes e.g. in your bowel.

Reply to Dr. Hanson's Post: ok well when I read the websites all my symtoms point to ovarian cancer. digestive upsets, bloating, painful sex, and multiple para aortic lypmh node enlargement. These doctors want to take the cat125 test because they are suspicious I can have inflammatory bowel disease and my lymph nodes would be involved? I am really confused
