This can be normal in some cases but it can also be related to a pelvic inflammatory infection which may not cause pain at first but will cause bleeding during intercourse. It may be that this has caused some minor spotting which can be normal if there is not pain or discomfort so for now I would monitor the bleeding if it is minimal but should it become heavy or start to cause pain and discomfort then you should be seen to rule out any chance of infection.
