about two months ago i was running when i had the sudden erge to pee when i got home i went to the bathroom and my urine was solid blood just for that night it got cleaner every time after till it was just play urine anout two days after i was getting extreme back pain so i went to the doctor she tested my urine and it was normal so i got a ultrasound they found my one kidney had stones or a fat composite in it and said it was nothing to worry about and if the pain didnt go away in two weeks to contact them.

the pain went away until one day i started getting penis pain in the tip and some times i get pain when i pee. this would come and go then i started to get adominal pain so i went back to the doctors and i am still in the middle of going test first blood work came up good then a catscan which was clean except on the opposite kidney there is an approximatley a 1 cm round low attenuation lesion is present in the lateral aspect of the lower pole of right kidney. so i i need to get another ultrasound for a better picture i am going today but it takes a few days for results i am now getting a new symptom i want to know if it can be related i feel my scrotum being very heavy and i am getting some pain in my penis and grundle i know this is alot i typed if anyone has any ideas please type back

are you having any pain now that is making you double over with pain in the lower right or left sides of your body. Pain bad enough to have you crying. Or bent over?

Your comment of having a stone sounds as though it has moved through the urethra and is perhaps lodged in this area. Kidney stones are very very painful in most case's when they are moving. The pain or burning can come and go.

You may also have a urinary tract infection that can be cleared up with antibiotics. A simple urine test will normally determine this short of having an STD problem.

Reply to 4ren6's Post: what about the lesion in opposite kindey could that be doing some of this and i been with the same girl since i was 15 and as far as i know she has been faithful and so have i only one more thing do you think this could be testicular cancer or even more rare penis cancer or since the blood work and catscan of the adomen and pelvis came up good does this make less concern thankyou

also rarley when i get slightly eroused i get some pain in grundle thanks again for all the help

I would be concerned if I found a growth within the scrotum area. It would normally be a small pea sized mass and most often hard. But this varies from case to case.

It sounds as though from the exam they gave more then likely they would have caught this. (testicular cancer). Do not get over worried at this point yet.

The other kidney more then likely has a simple fatty tissue deposit and this is rare to be nothing more then that.

If you have not been tested via blood work for any STD I would suggest to do this to be on the safe side.

Yes, they need to be specific in the testing for STD's in blood work. If it was not marked it was not done. No, not of the pelvis area it would not. Your pain is more in your penis now then the kidney...........this is why I say a kidney infection Bladder infection, prostate infection or STD

go get tested for the STD as I mentioned. Glad you got back to me. You may also want to mention the concern you had of testicuar cancer but I do not feel this is the problem. You may also have the UTI. They could have tested for these today while you were there.

Reply to 4ren6's Post: yea i told them that yesterday that i been getting a heavy feeling in scrotum and sometimes pain in grundle they said the the cat scan came up clean that there is no need to worry so i guess theres just the uti and std factor i was unfathful once but i was three years ago you still think std still a possible answer thanks

I say you have a UTI infection and with antibiotics it can be cleared up. Have both checked for though.
