So confused

I had unprotected sex on the 17th of June. He pulled, which I know is not a good thing to do. I know there is pre ejaculation, but I can tell it after he pulled out there as about three minutes until he came. At any rate after that I think I started to develop an infection, I started to be very itchy. Then when I would try to go to the bathroom, dark brown blood would come out. It was also bloody when I would wipe. I go very light headed at dinner on the 4th of July and thought I was going to throw up or pass out. I took a test the next day on the 5th of July and it said neggative. That Thursday the 6th I think I started to get my period. It wasn't bleeding a lot but when I would insert my finger like I would a tampon it would come out completly covered in blood. After that I started bleading on my sanitary napkin. That lasted for three days, not constant bleeding but like when I have my peiod a lot of blood in the toilet. I had mild cramps, then like it does on the last few days it turned brown again. Just to make sure I took a test again on the 8th which was Saturday when I was supposed to get my period. Neggative again. I am so stressed out lately for the past few weeks because of this. Now my upper stomach below my rib cage constantly hurts. I feels empty all the time and I cannot eat. I had bad headaches and backaches too. It is my upper stomach though and it feels like I want to throw up all the time. If I press down below my belly button the nausaus feeling goes away. If I press my stomach in where it feels empty I want to throw up again. Here is something else, a few days after I had the episode of feeling ill at dinner my boyfriend got the exact same thing. About two days ago I had awful pain in my lower pelvis, I mean extreme pain. He said he had the same thing as well the day before. So we thought it might be something that we ate. I'm still concerned about pregnancy, amd I just driving myself nuts? Any ideas what's wrong with me? Thanks.

Reply to Cheryl K.'s Post: I don't really enjoy intercourse. My boyfriend and I have been together for over seven years. We only have intercourse about twice a year. He has a large penis. So yes I have pain when we have intercourse, it does go away in the middle though. I had another partner before him and it did not hurt, only when I lost my virginity. My stomach now constantly feels empty. I had epstein barr when I was twelve. My spleen and liver were both inlarged. My mother said I am having the same symptoms now and I did then. I am always tired now too. My back ache is constant. I read online though and it says it is very unlikely that it would come back, although it stays dormant in your system afer you have it. Every morning I get up and come to the computer. I work from home. As soon as I sit down I feel sick and my stomach feels empty. If I lay down it goes away, when I sit it's werid it's like I can feel it. I feel very bloated too. My boyfriend said I lost weight but I feel like my stomach is huge. I have bowel movements every day.

I feel for one you should have your thyroid tested to determine if there is a problem within your thyroid with the fatigue you seen to experience as well as there seems to be a possible problem with your intestional tract and I think you may be experiencing some problems with your gallbladder or acid reflux with the stomach issues that you seem to be experiencing. The bleeding that you are experiencing can very well be due to hormonal changes and the stress that your body is going through. You need to have a full CBC and urinalysis performed as the back pain and bleeding can be a sign of a kidney infection but I am also leaning towards a possible pelvic inflammatory infection as well. You need to try and eat a bland diet of cooked rice and/or boiled chicken or beef for the next 1-2 days and see if this seems to help to lessenthe bloating and stomach upset that you are feeling. You seem to have more than one issue going on here the gallbladder and thryroid being the highest possibilities so I would make an appointment as soon as possible to have bloodwork performed and if the bland diet seems to help this would be a good sign that you are experiencing gallbladder attacks.

I do not feel with all you state that this is related to pregnancy although it is possible that what you saw was implantation bleeding. It is possible though and with the pain and negative tests a tubal pregnancy is a possibility but the pain is usually very intense. The stress that you have been under can cause a hormonal imbalance which can cause your cycles to be off like they seem to be. But yes this is possible and a blood test is needed to confirm especially in the case that this could be a tubal pregnancy, but this does sound more related to your gallbladder with all the symptoms that you are experiencing.
