I have a twitching sensation on the left side of ...

I have a twitching sensation on the left side of pelvis. It makes me feel as though I have to urinate but at the same time it causes a "sexual" feeling going through my body.
I do urinate but it's very little.
Any ideas???

Sounds like you may have a bladder infection or a kidney infection. I suggest you see your regular doctor to have this ruled out. It is also possible that there is a kidney stone.
