I have an infection in the nail bed of the thumb from injury. I was put on Cipro two days ago. 500 mg. twice a day. I read the directions wrong and started with one a day. then I seen I was supposed to take two, So I started taking it every 12 hours. I noticed today while I was shopping I had a slight tingling at the top of my head. Which I have never had. Could Cipro cause this. thank you Sue Harris
