the skin around my vaginal area keeps tearing and gets irritated and swollen easily. it hurts and interferres w/ everyday activities. it itches and burns, what is it, and how can it be fixed?

Reply to HealthGuru aka Emily's Post: it has been happening for a while now, a few months. i am just recently sexually active. my boyfriend uses a condom, and i am on birth control. i hav always had a lot of discharge, and i hav had problems w/ yeast infections. but as of yet my dicharge has been frequent but normal mucus kind of liquid.
