My husband has 3 boils on his leg/butt area. He went to the doctor and they put him on Dicloxactilin 500 mg 4 times a day and Sulfamethoxia Trimethoprim 2 tablets twice daily. Since being on this medicine he has had head aches, stomach pains, fever/chills, eyes hurt and breaks out into sweats that just drips off his body. He went back today and they gave him a shot and told him to come back tomorrow for another shot. Right now he is in another state working. He has no energy for anything and needs to get back to work. Is this normal??
