I am 55 years old and hand have a rash on both side of my groin area in the seam parts of my legs and I have tried anti biotic creams but don't seem to helpit is outlined with a white flacky like skin like a sun burn but it looks like the seem of my leg is cracking open ,and there is miner bleeding showing. but like ascrape just serface not dripping .could you please tell me what it mite be .I also perspire a lot in that area which mite cotribute to this sincere thank I am and emt so do understand things.quite well thank you

Sounds as though you have a pretty bad fungal infection. Get some cream like Lotrimin. (You can get this at your local pharmacy) Wash the area well with antibacterial soap. Dry well. Apply cream according to package. You should see an improvement in a few days. Even though the rash will clear up, continue to use it for a week after, this makes sure the fungal infection is gone.
