I have vaginal discharge and odor. I treated it with an OTC yeast infection treatment, but it doesn't seemed to have helped what could it be?

Hello,

You may not have had yeast. Vaginal odor could be related to vaginal vaginosis, for which there is no OTC treatment, as this is an infection.

I would strongly suggest that you make an appointment with your GYN for an ecam and vaginal culture to provide you with an accurate diagmosis and appropriate treatment plan.
