My eye is hurting badly.

My right eye has been hurting when I blink for the past 2 days and it started hurting when I woke up one morning. It feels kind of like a stye is in my eye but its more painful when I blink and there is no bump or abrasion on the corner or inside of my lid. My eye is not swollen or puffy, just painful. It hurts on the right side of the top and bottom lid on the corner closest to my ear. Do you have any idea what it can be?
