I am an uncircumsized male. as of late i have notice my foreskin develops tiny rips. Right on the end of the skin that covers my head. It has a red line looks like i ripped it more like a tear down the skin. Other times it seems like the skin is dried and will split easily. It does hurt to pull back the skin alot
