What are sypmtoms of west nile in toddlers? my 20 month old came home from daycare covered in bites early last week and started acting very upset/unruly (not like him AT ALL) on Friday of last week. Brough him in on Saturday, no ear infection. Brough him in again on Wendesay raging ear infection and swollen spleen. Been on Antibiotics (Augmentin) for 48 hours and doesn't seem better in fact he seems worse. He slept almost the enitre day yesterday except about 2 hours, same thing continues this AM. All along low grade fever... any ideas?
