My daughter has excessive ear wax on left side as well as swollen lymph nodes in neck on left side and on and off hoarseness. What is your opinion?

I assume that these symptoms are new?

The swollen nodes suggest some kind of infection. The infection could be in the ear or the throat. The fact that she is also hoarse suggests that it might be related to the throat.

The "excessive ear wax" may actually be discharge from an external ear infection.

Assuming these are NEW symptoms - it is most appropriate to have her seen by a physician.
