I have been diagnosed with viral cardiomyopathy. I am 50 yrs old and a nurse working around very sick patients all of the time. I remember feeling quite sick with a flu prior (by a month or two) to developing my sx's of chest pain, rapid HR, SOB, fatigue, etc. Do you think the viral infection I developed from work could have caused this?
