i was just wondering if something was wrong

i was just wondering if something was wrong with me because my back always hurts and my stomach has just started to hurt also they feel like period pains but worse and i don't have my period and everyt time i cough for almost a year i feel like i'm coughing up water whats wrong

What has your doctor told you? All of these symptoms merit a trip to the doctor to try to find a cause. It could be kidney stones or kidney infection, or a uterine infection just to name two.
