I have a sinus hole in my ear. It is located on the top of my eye and is about the size of an earning hole. Recently the whole and surrounding area blew up. I went to a specialist and he drained my ear and put me on antibotics. He took a culture of my ear at the timewhen he drained it. I recieved a call today (about two weeks later) to call the doctor back about the culture. What can be wrong?

Reply to James's Post: I am on omniflex. The infection is basically gone. It does not hurt and the swelling is done to almost nothing. I have a few more days of the medicine
