Antibiotics will not keep HIV from showing up on a test. Also, wiping away visible fluids from his penis will not keep viruses from being transmitted. Oral sex is just as risky as regular sex is when it comes to transmitting STD's. HIV is 1/10th of a microcosm across... about 10x smaller than a sperm. You need to be extremely cautious during any kind of sexual activity. The only thing about oral sex that is "safer" is the absolute inability for it to make you pregnant. You can still get herpes, hepatitis, etc.etc. from oral sex.
Listen to your doctor. Try to realize that you shouldn't worry about HIV until given a reason to: a positive test. IF you still feel you may have it, get another test done in another month or so. In the meantime, realize that your health issues could very well be stress related or another lesser illness.
best of luck.
