Sounds like a boil. Since there are more than one she should see her doctor, as she will need a course of antibiotics to help clear this up. In the mean time, apply a warm/hot compress to the area several times a day, which will promote the infection to to drain so it can burst. Do not squeeze this, as it can cause further infection. If you can get it to drain on it's own, it's best.Soaking in the tub with some Epsom salt can help too.

Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *ACCEPT* button and leave *POSITIVE* feedback.

Chances are she will need a course of antibiotics to help clear it up. In the mean time, do have her do the above. Make sure she is no popping them at all, as this will not always allow the core of the infection to come out. Wash with antibacterial soap, dry the skin well. If she is out sweating, have her shower as soon as possible. Wear cotton panties as well. But do get antibiotics for her.

Hope this helps Hun.
